Monday to Friday – 9am to 6pm (1 hour lunch)

Our very successful client based in Rugby is looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their energetic team. You don’t need any specific experience, just an excellent telephone manner, great attitude and great IT and organisational skills.
In this position, you will be answering and redirecting inbound calls, replying to client emails and resolving customer queries. Our client provides a great level of training, making this a brilliant role and company for someone looking for their first office role.
