Customer Service / International Business Developer

Customer Service Representative / International Business developer required for our client a specialist manufacturer within the automotive sector that supply a varied range of compressed air equipment products to distributors, contractors and end users throughout the UK.

You will be required to present excellent customer service skills as well as creating sales opportunities to increase profit through outbound contact to new business. You will work closely with a strong customer service and sales team and European and UK Key Account Managers.

Customer Service Representative / International Business developer Overview

To promote the range of specialist compressed air equipment
Strong organisational and time management skills
Arrange client meetings with both existing customers and potential customers
Attend sales meetings periodically with the sales team, presenting a report on the activities that includes matters of strategic interest to the business
To follow process, updating a database with information captured.Customer Service Representative / International Business developer Position Requirements

Solid background within business development or account management
Able to present strong internal and external communication and telephone skills.
Strong relationships with customers whether new or existing.Customer Service Representative / International Business developer Remuneration

Salary: £26,000 per year+ Commission – OTE £23K
