Salary: £180 – £210 per day
Desktop Support Engineer – Apple Software – London – £150-175 a day – 6 month contract – ASAP Start
I am looking for a Desktop Engineer with first and second line support experience to start as soon as possible working within the creative sector. Strong helpdesk experience using Mac software necessary.
This opportunity is working for a market leading creative agency based in central London- an extremely strong name on any CV!
As a Desktop Support Engineer, you’ll be responsible for providing 1st/2nd line IT, desktop and network support to employees.
Specifically, your duties will involve:
– Carrying out routine maintenance on end-user workstations and software
– Troubleshooting issues with computers, printers, copiers and hand held devices
Key skills and experience:
* Extremely confident working with Mac computers
* At least one years’ experience in an IT related role, including working with desktops, hardware and software
* Helpdesk support skills -Mac OSX skills are helpful
* Active Directory
* Exchange experience
* Must have a great telephone manner
* Great written communication
* Experience within a creative industry is encouraged
