Salary: £26,000 – £30,000 per year
Please note: Salary for this role is £26,000 – £30,000 per year + uncapped commission / profit share OTE £26,000 – £30,000 per year
A fantastic opportunity to have a career with an independent Estate Agents in Tunbridge Wells who are looking for a Senior Sales Manager to join their office. This role is suitable for someone ready to step into a management role or already a manager looking for a new challenge.
Duties:
* Strong valuation and listing skills essential in the Tunbridge Wells or surrounding area
* Able to generate new business
* Manage office and one direct report initially with proven experience managing, leading and mentoring a team
* Liaise with director on winning new business and different routes to market appraising what works well etc.
* Matching customer needs to new properties
* Registering applicants and generating appointments for viewings
* Approving final adverts for properties to go online
* Undertaking viewings
* Reporting weekly figures to Director
Requirements:
* A full, clean UK licence
* NAEA qualified, or willing to take the qualification
* Good organisation skills
* IT literate (MS Office and able to work with real estate software packages)
* Good interpersonal and people skills
* Well-presented and professional in appearance
* Excellent communication skills
* Be proactive and willing to go the extra mile
