Our client is looking for and Experienced Senior Negotiator who is used to performing and winning new business in a competitive market place.

Responsibilities:

• Increase the office market share and promote the brand for residential property sales
• Increase the board presence and win new business
• Achieve individual and office instruction targets
• Arrange property valuations and sales viewings
• Liaise and negotiate between buyers and vendors
• Upsell financial and legal services
• Build a strong rap our with both purchaser and vendor

Requirements:

• Proven background in property sales
• Great knowledge of the property industry and current market conditions
• Must have the ability to win business in this competitive market
• Excellent track record in a targeted environment
• Self-motivated
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Highly professional and strong communicator
• Driven and forward thinking

Salary & Benefits:

• £26,000 Basic – £40k package – Excellent Commission Structure
