Project Manager

Salary: £57,600 – £60,000 per year

They’re looking for someone with proven experience planning & managing sizeable change programmes across IT & wider business areas to join their close-knit team. The role will be majority remote working, with a requirement to attend Head Office in West Yorkshire on an average of approximately once per fortnight.

As Project Manager your main responsibility will be to monitor all IT, finance, and wider business change projects to ensure robust data protection, standards and compliance is in place. Your day-to-day duties will include implementing and continuous improvement of the project delivery framework and methodologies, supporting the overall corporate objectives, ownership of the programme plans, developing programme/project plans including business cases, providing project reports to senior internal stakeholders, maintaining RAID logs and developing internal risk strategies to ensure successful delivery of projects on-time and to budget.

Essential experience:

* Extensive programme or project management experience

* Track record of project managing a range of projects including IT, finance, HR etc

* Project management certifications such as: Prince2 Practitioner, PMP, MSP etc

* Design and maintenance of project controls and best standard practices

* Experience working to a specific project management methodology for successful delivery such as: Agile, Waterfall, Lean, Six Sigma, Kanban etc

* Exceptional stakeholder and third-party supplier management skills

* Experience working for a not-for-profit business such as a Housing Association, Council or Charity would be highly advantageous for this role although not essential
