Salary: £36,000 – £66,000 per year

Our client is experiencing phenomenal growth and has successfully increased their turnover and headcount through lockdown. The company operates internationally and are widely renowned as experts in their industry.

You will be offered the chance to join a well established and friendly team supporting some of the biggest companies in the world from their flagship North Yorkshire base.

This is a six month contract/temporary assignment with potential to extend or become permanent should business levels continue to grow. A phenomenal benefits package is available.

This role offers UK wide coverage and is expected to be mostly office based or working from home with client meetings/site visits as appropriate. You will manage a range of projects from initial enquiry to delivery/installation, and beyond, offering highest levels of aftercare and using a well established supply chain. The company are creating, leading and managing bespoke teams with the intention of exceeding client expectations at all points.

You will provide highest levels of customer service, with a strong knowledge of fit out/construction into retail brands and similar.

Duties include:

Ensure project briefs are adhered to and delivered within programme and budget.

* Carry out/commission site survey and work with client to define brief to ensure there is a clear understanding of what the client requires

* Track a manageable number of jobs, provide pricing and legislative compliance

* Co-ordinate works interfacing with other contractors/sub-contractors

* Prior to work commencing produces a method and risk assessment including drawings, photos and directions to the work location.

* Carryout site visits and conduct meetings with the client and suppliers.

* Cost management

* Achieve sign off of the works on time, within budget and to acceptable standards.

* Collaboration with key customers to identify performance requirements apply appropriate measures and status/action improvements as required

Best Practice

* Delivery of relevant Best Practice methodologies on behalf of client

You will already have:

* knowledge and experience from a minimum 5 years industry experience in a similar role

* Strong technical knowledge of the construction process including legal and health and safety requirements

* Worked ideally in fit out, small works or facilities management

* Experience of MS project, outlook and excel

* Ability to manage multiple projects within a diverse service offer

* Strong commercial acumen, managing budgets, proven ability to tender and delivery profitable work

You must be Willing to undertake occasional travel- fully expensed

Qualifications/experience desired:

* PMP / Equivalent Qualification.

* Health & safety, SMSTS/Asbestos Awareness/NEBOSH

* Computer skills (MS Office, MS Project, DWG True View).

* CSCS Card
