JM Associates are an established and well respected recruitment business based in Brackley, Northants. We offer a non intrusive and bespoke service to our varied selection of clients and we take great pride in our professional and consultative approach. We have experienced our 6th year of continued growth and have a fantastic opportunity for a Consultant (permanents desk) to join our team and to look after one of our geographical areas, which could include Banbury, Bicester, Buckingham, Brackley or Towcester.

This position would be ideal for a natural relationship builder, someone who is passionate about providing the very best service to their clients and indeed someone who is keen to be fundamental in the further growth and development of the business.

Candidates will have at least one year of experience within a recruitment agency environment and will be seeking a role which, will allow them to both develop as consultants and be involved in the constant evolution and organic growth of the business.

Candidates will be highly articulate, confident on the phone and will seek to be the very best at what they do in their marketplace.
