Network Support Engineer (Cisco)

This is an excellent opportunity to join a team of Network Support Engineers working for a Global Leading Network Service Provider based in Hampshire.

You will be part of a team responsible for managing customer technical issues and resolving these in a timely manner. Other duties will include provisioning, raising appropriate escalations and dealing with 3rd parties.

You will need to have the following experience:

– Experience supporting a LAN/WAN Network Infrastructure
– Cisco Routing & Switching experience
– Routing Protocols (EIGRP, OSPF, BGP)
– Ideally QoS or MPLS
– CCNA Certified
– Experience of Juniper or Alcatel products (or desire to learn)
