Sales Office Assistant – Full Time

A very exciting opportunity has come up to work for a luxury company that sells comfy and well made furniture. They are looking to recruit a Sales Office Assistant who will be responsible for customer sales and service from the initial contact to the completion of the sale whilst addressing all queries that arise from the sales process. We are looking for someone with exceptional customer service experience, passionate about luxury brands and who wants to work for a dynamic and boutique company.

Key Responsibilities:

To have a passion for the brand and product
Ensuring that the company provides the best sales customer service at all times.
Ensuring that the customer message is kept on brand at all times.
Ensuring that all customer communication is of the highest standard.
Ensure that you have excellent product knowledge at all times
Resolve all customer questions and queries in a professional and timely manner.
Work in other departments and the showroom as required.
Liaise effectively with all other departments.Core Key Skills:

Intermediate level of Microsoft packages
