SC Education Recruitment is looking to recruit an inclusion support worker to support KS3 SEMH students in the Wakefield area.
The role is full time and is expected to be an ongoing contract.
The successful candidate will have:
- Has a successful track record of handling behaviours that challenge
- Is not fazed by the unknown (no two days will be the same)
- Has a non-judgemental and calm approach and is wanting, as well as willing, to build positive relationships with students
- Is genuinely passionate about supporting young people and children
- Has a Team Teach/MAPA/REACT Certificate (not essential but very desirable)
- Can be a positive influence and role model
- Is committed and reliable (essential)
- Is down to earth, personable, and a great team player
- Business insurance due to the travelling between sites (milage will be paid)
