Our Client is a £Billion Pan-European Blue Chip organisation now looking for a Technical / IT Trainer to join part of their UK Head Office Operations in a fast moving and constantly growing ICT Department dealing with a large amount of ongoing Business Transformation Programmes taking place.
As a career focused and highly capable IT Trainer, you will work closely within a highly capable Team of Trainers in a strong Implementation Team to Provide Training & Support Services to Business, Assisting with Effective Delivery of Implementation Plans & Support by Delivering Onsite Training Activities.
The role will require Good Organisational & Interpersonal Skills, being able to Develop People’s Knowledge & Confidence in Information Technology Solutions.
Main Duties of the Technical Trainer role will include the following:
•Deliver User Focused Training Activities both Onsite & Regional Offices Classroom Environments.
•Perform Day to Day Onsite System Training & Trouble Shooting.
•Support the Implementation Team in all aspects of Delivering the Implementation of Corporate Business Systems & 3rd Party Applications
•Gathering of Background Project Information.
•Co-ordinate the Deployment of Company Extranet Services.
•Manage Auditing & Reporting Onsite Usage of Bespoke Systems
Key Skills & Experience of the Systems Trainer will include:
•Commercial Training experience with Microsoft Office Products / In-House Systems etc
•Highly Computer Literate
•Customer Facing
•Good Communication Skills both Verbal & Written
•Good Presentation Skills
•Training in 1-2-1 & Group Environments
•Experience of Change Management
