Sales Support & Customer Service Assistant, Nottingham, salary up to £30,000FT hrs flexible start and finish.

Our client is a hugely successful engineering / manufacturing company based in Nottingham who are looking to appoint a Sales Support & Customer Service Assistant with good customer skills as this role will involve liaising with clients on a daily basis. Working as the Sales Support & Customer Service Assistant you will be responsible for;

* Speaking with clients daily, dealing with queries and raising orders

* Liaising with design and manufacturing as well as estimating and sales teams to resolve issues and deal with enquiries effectively

* Qualifying, and prioritising sales enquiries and liaising with the sales team to manage them

* Inputting and progressing all orders placed and liaising with customers, updating them on progress

* Providing support where necessary to the sales team for quotation creation

* Attend exhibitions and possible customer visits with other members of staff when necessary

We are looking for a Sales Support Assistant, Customer Service Executive or Internal Sales Administrator who has;

* Excellent customer service skills and the ability and willingness to resolve issues

* An ability to spot sales opportunities and to pass these to the sales teams

* A consultative and empathetic approach to working with customers

* A confident and most of all honest approach with customers

* Excellent IT skills

* Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment.
