Salary: £26,000 per year

Quantity Surveyor / Estimator – Bromsgrove, Worcestershire. Are you an Estimator / Quantity Surveyor with experience in refurbishment and fit out projects up to £5 million

The Company
Exclusively working with a Flagship Regional contractor based in the West Midlands. We are looking to recruit an Estimator / Quantity Surveyor to join our Bromsgrove office on a permanent basis.

This is an excellent opportunity to join one of the most successful Contractors in the Midlands who are Investors in People and are passionate about promoting from within.

The role
In your new job as an Quantity Surveyor / Estimator you will initially manage 3-4 sites simultaneously and take overall accountability and responsibility for the Commercial aspects of the projects.

Duties include Assisting in training of Assistant Quantity Surveyors and Assistant Estimators.

Experience
You will have a proven track record of working for and taking commercial responsibility for projects / developments within a Contractor. You will be highly organised and able to work well under pressure, you will be motivated, ambitious with an eye for detail.

A Quantity Surveyor / Estimator has just been promoted to Director after 2 years. This leaves an exciting OPPORTUNITY for the right individual. You must be commercially aware, motivated and want to develop and climb the career ladder.
