Senior Quantity Surveyor

Salary: £48,000 – £66,000 per year

TSA Surveying is currently looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor (or a Quantity Surveyor ready to take the next step) in the Sheffield area to work on high profile/value corporate real estate in the retail sector.

The securing of various exciting schemes has created an opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the 30 members with already 6 new starters confirmed throughout the Summer, with this client and sector diversity and fast-growing Team, this business has momentum!

• Dealing with other corporate clients.

The ideal candidate will be a Quantity Surveyor looking to take the step up or someone already at Senior level who is interested in working on high-profile corporate sector schemes.

Additional Experience:

• Prior experience working on supermarket retail projects.
• Prior experience in Corporate Real Estate work.
• MRICS accredited or interested in progressing towards this.
• BCs Quantity Surveying or another relevant accredited degree.
