Parking Representations Officer

We are looking for a Representations and Appeals Officer to be based in North West London. This role is to ideally start as soon as is possible but the organisation are happy to wait for notice period of up to a month.

Responsibilities include:

* To be responsible for enforcement of Penalty Charge Notices at both informal and formal stages in accordance with agreed policy.
* To assist in the cancellation of Penalty Charge Notices (PCNs) for valid reasons in accordance with the Council’s agreed policies
* Prepare and submit case papers relating to the recovery of unpaid PCNs, including written responses to Penalty Charge Notice representations at both the informal and formal stage and following the issue of Charge Certificate
* To carry out other administrative tasks connected with parking operations as required

Previous experience within this role and a good working knowledge of the legislation relating to parking and Penalty Charge Notices is advantageous, specifically the Traffic Management Act 2004 and related Statutory Instruments. Previous use of Parking software is also required.
