Recruitment Administrator
Salary: £30,000 – £48,000 per year
Experienced Recruitment Consultant
Optimal Recrutiment Services work across the UK supporting clients to recruit top talent into their organisations through deep and well-established relationships.
Our core service is based on proactive recruitment – headhunting – identifying and approaching suitable candidates who may already be in work, business intelligence and market intelligence programs. We work to build strong relationships with our clients both employer and candidates.

The Consultant role is critical in identifying, recruiting and managing candidates through the search and selection process. They are expected to manage the search process for multiple clients, as well as supporting business development:
* Utilise all sources available such as the internet, company database and telephone research to put together a list of high calibre potential candidates who match the skills, knowledge and experience of the job role presented by the client
* Receiving and reviewing applications, managing interviews and tests and creating a shortlist of candidates for the client
* Preparing CVs and correspondence to forward to clients regarding suitable applicants
* Organising interviews for candidates as requested by the client
* Requesting references and checking the suitability of applicants before submitting their details to the client
* Briefing the candidate about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of the job in question
* Negotiating compensation packages and finalising arrangements between client and candidates
* Offering advice to both clients and candidates on pay rates, training and career progression
* Work closely with and provide guidance and support to Researchers
* Lead and own the creation of reports; assist in writing the position spec and candidate reports.
* Business development support and participation.
* Lead/support on progress calls and meetings.

Job Type: Full-time, permanent
Experience:
* Minimum 3 years Recruitment Experience on a busy and reputable desk (Essential)
* Excellent contacts and reputation with existing clients
* Solid and proven business development experience (Essential)
* Able to work as part of a team
* Can manage own workloads
