Salary: £33,600 – £36,000 per year
Production Planner – Pontefract – £28k – £30k + benefits
Our client, a successful, well-established company, are looking for a Production Planner to join their team. The Production Planner role is to schedule production according to demand and quality standards, to ensure materials and goods are produced on time, and to be well-versed in production procedures and optimisation.
Responsibilities and Duties include:
- To oversee the production planning function.
- Ordering of materials
- To identify and communicate any issues arising with supply, shortages and intake issues.
- Supplier returns/rejections
- Production planning
- Confirm p/o’s with supplier
- Booking in materials
- Co-ordinate changes on orders with sales and production
- Keep the supplier claims log up to date
- Attend the weekly meetings
Working hours 8:30 to 17:00
