This company are a well established property and construction consultancy with offices all over the UK. The current M&E team has a rapidly expanding profile and continues to succeed securing prominent national frameworks. THE ROLE:

As a Mechanical Design Engineer, you will be responsible for the detailed design and coordination of mechanical solutions including Heating, ventilation & air-conditioning systems (HVAC), Domestic water systems, Gas systems, Above ground drainage systems. Additionally, you will be responsible for a range of projects from varying market sectors, with services being provided from inception / feasibility to detailed co-ordinated construction working design. Project types include:

• CAT A & B office fit outs
• BREEAM
• SKA Rating
• LEED
• WELL Building Standard

THE PERSON:

The company are looking for enthusiastic individuals who are at an ‘Intermediate’ level within their current role. Ideally, you will have a desire to work towards full Chartered status with support from existing qualified staff. You should be familiar with CAD and you should have excellent written and verbal communication skills, plus enthusiasm and ambition.
