Your Role will be:

• Building and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients
• Delivering a fantastic candidate journey from registration to placements
• Working towards Trainee Recruitment Consultant Targets
• Learning the best compliant candidates will give you repeat business 
• Finding new clients to introduce yourself to
• Meeting with new, existing and potential clients regularly

Your Skills will be:

• Good communication skills, including a good standard of written English
• Be competitive and rise to the challenge of hitting financial targets
• Looking for a long-term career plan with a transparent journey for you to follow
• Creative and think outside the box in order to stand out from the crowd
• Have a genuine interest in the sector
• Driver with own vehicle is ideal
