£19k – £21k Basic + OTE

Our client are a dynamic and proactive business who specialise in offering cutting edge technology based solutions to a range of business clients, from small to medium size clients to large Corporates. Their services are very sell-able and their existing customer base boasts many well recognised organisations. We are now seeking ambitious, self motivated and ambitious candidates to join their expanding sales team.

THE ROLE:

• This is a desk based sales role, as such applicants needn’t have a driving license but must be able to access the offices in Worcester.
• The aim of the role is to research and contact new potential clients
• Qualifying the client, generating interest and passing on to the sales team
• Skills required include; business to business phone based sales experience, research skills, fact finding skills, the capability to gain access to decision makers and have sensible business conversations where you can educate customers on the benefits of your services. Securing interest and passing over to the sales closing team.

THE REQUIREMENTS – THE PERSON

• Previous experience in a business to business outbound phone based sales environment relevant job titles will be for example Teleresearcher, Lead Generator, Telesales, Sales Executive, Business Development Executive, Telemarketer (or similar)
• Must have a strong commercial acumen and work ethic with a professional attitude
• Ambitious, looking to be part of a professional company which will offer you long term career options within solution sales
• You will want to avoid call centres and typical “telesales” roles but you will enjoy sales and are seeking something professional
