Our client is an independent and transparent cash management provider that offers bespoke services and endeavours to ensure that customers earn more from their money. They are now seeking an ambitious Field Sales / Business Development Manager to join their team.

As a Field Sales / Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for selling our client’s innovative cash management solutions to customers throughout the Midlands.

Following up on leads and appointments arranged by the Telesales Team, you’ll demonstrate the benefits and features of our client’s solutions and services in order to close sales. Targeting any person, company, IFA, charity, trust or other institution/intermediary that hold significant cash deposits, you’ll also generate your own new business opportunities.

Additionally, you’ll forge long-lasting and profitable relationships with all customers and provide an outstanding level of service at all times to increase retention levels.

Interested? To be considered for this role, you must have previous sales or field sales experience. Equally important are your exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.

Bursting with tenacity and enthusiasm, as a Field Sales / Business Development Manager, you must have a genuine passion for selling, brilliant interpersonal skills and entrepreneurial flair. A highly motivated and proactive attitude is also key.

Ideally, you’ll have a full driving licence and access to your own transportation, as well as a strong network of previous customers, however this is by no means essential. A degree would also be beneficial to your application.
