Management Accountant

Salary: £33,600 – £38,400 per year

Our client, an established Building Management Systems company, are recruiting for a Management Accountant. This role will be an integral part of the finance team with the opportunity for progression as the company grows.

Based at the company Head Office in Hagley you will be working directly with the management team and liaise with the offices in London and Manchester.

Responsibilities:

The main duties of the Management Accountant role include:

• Preparation of monthly management accounts such as accruals, prepayments, and analysis of overheads.
• Profit and Loss analysis
• Group monthly reporting
• Bank Reconciliations
• Sales Reporting
• Budgeting and Forecasting
• Maintain the Fixed Asset Register
• Account Reconciliations
• Help with Bank Payment Setups
• Ad hoc duties when required

Candidate Specification:

• This role is ideal for someone studying ACCA/CIMA/ACA and/or a completed AAT qualification, with at least 2-4 years’ experience working within a similar role.
•  An excellent communicator with the ability to talk to customers and colleagues at all levels.
• Essential Expereince: Excel experience
• Essential Experience: Sage
• Desirable: previous experience with Job Logic or similar.
