The company:
Our client is an international company.

Main Purposes of role:
To support the Sales Director and deal with customer enquiries

The main duties include:
– To handle customer enquiries by fax, phone in timely manner
– To provide accurate and timely quotations
– To progress and track orders to ensure customer satisfaction levels are maintained
– To consistently deliver the customer service key performance
– To ensure customers details are up to date and correctly entered in the system
– To support the Sales Director with Sales & Marketing matters
– To Keep customers updated on key developments in relation to specific orders

The Candidate:
– Fluent in English & French (Written & Spoken)
– Previous commercial experience (customer service, sales, marketing)
– Degree educated
– Computer literacy (Microsoft Office)
– Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
– Able to work in a fast paced environment
– Well organised with a structured approach to work
– Good communication skills and attention to details
– Flexible as travel to France may be required

The Salary:
£26,000 – £27,600 per year + Bonus
