Call Centre Team Leader

Salary: £48,000 per year

Our Client. a Car Finance Company in the Milton Keynes area is looking for a Contact Centre Team Leader. 

As a Contact Centre Team Leader you will be responsible of leading a team of 14 Contact Centre Executives managing existing customer relationships over the phone with a particular focus on repeat business, contacting customers who are coming towards the end of their financial agreement with the view to retain business.

Job Requirements

• Show leadership to team.
• Coach and mentor team to achieve targets set.
• Liaise with all departments to support and enhance close customer contact to increase future/repeat business
• Offering competitive deals to existing customers to maximise finance revenue
• Monitor performance to ensure KPIs are achieved.

Skills

• Be comfortable working in a heavily telephone-based role
• Strong background in a retention or telesales environment
• Be self-motivated and have the desire to succeed
• Enjoy working in a target driven environment
