Graduate Trainee Recruitment Resourcer Required
Salary £28,800 for 40 hours per week + performance related bonus -OTE up to £26000
CFC Consult Ltd is an Employment and Recruitment Consultancy based in Hampshire placing temporary and permanent candidates in the Hospitality Sector.
The successful Graduate Trainee Recruitment Resourcer applicant will possess the following skills:
- Confident communicator at all levels
- Organised, able to work under pressure, within tight timescales
- Flexibility
The training of the Graduate Trainee Recruitment Resourcer will include the following:
- Managing and building relationships, to maximize business revenue and opportunities
- Managing the candidate pipeline, through standard recruitment procedures
- Manage staff compliance
- Ensuring maximum staffing fill rates
- Exceeding expectations in terms of customer service
- Developing close customer relationships
- Recruiting temporary staff (chefs, catering assistant, waiting staff and kitchen porters)
