Salary: £42,000 – £51,600 per year
A Financial Accountant is required to provide support to the Management Accounts function in this growing business.
The successful Financial Accountant will be commercially minded and will provide financial support to all areas of the business, to develop reporting and management information.
You will have responsibility for monitoring the company’s balance sheet and the production of management accounts. This Financial Accountant role consists of a high level of analysis and performance review and you will be key in the internal audit and business control team identifying any concerns.
Person Specification:
• ACCA qualified or Finalist
• Proven experience of Audit
• 2/3 years of practice experience
• Commercially minded
• Strong Excel skills – ability to manipulate large volumes of data and produce user-friendly reports for senior members of staff
• Able to build relationships throughout the business to internal and external customers
• Able to challenge senior management
• Able to identify areas of concern and highlight issues
• Constantly striving to improve processes and systems
• Accurate, detailed and methodical
