Pastoral Support

Salary: £26,000 – £26,520 per year

CERT Solutions are working in partnership with an alternative provision local to the Walsall area who are looking for pastoral support who isn’t fazed by behaviours that challenge. You will be expected to support students on a one to one basis as well as small groups who have been through traumatic experiences, some will have a diagnosis of Autism with a variety of learning difficulties. We are looking for someone who is passionate about making a difference to students and their adult life. The provision focuses a lot on preparation for adult life so the successful candidate will be supporting with life skills and employability skills.
