Salary: £31,800 per year

Production Operatives
Our client are now looking to hire Production Operators with Fast paced, continuous Manufacturing experience. Also, any experience working with plastics, polymers or extrusion machinery would be highly advantageous, but is not essential as full training will be given.
You should have:
* Manufacturing experience (and experience of working shifts)
* Good GCSEs (including English & Maths)
* Basic IT skills
* The ability to work under pressure
* Experience with risk assessments / working safely, etc
* Lean manufacturing and continuous process experience desirable
Benefits:
* 3-shift pattern, Monday to Friday (earlies, lates & nights – 6-2, 2-10, 10-6)
* 9% Pension – Employee 3%, Employer 6%
* Holidays – 26 days + 8 bank holidays (34 total!)
* Overtime available as business dictates – 1.5 x rate for Saturday Mornings and 2 x rate Saturday afternoon and Sunday
* Life Assurance – 3 x annual salary
