Production Operative

Our client, a leading food manufacturer based in Dudley, have recently increased their staffing levels in both their day and night shifts and require candidates who can work in a very busy factory environment. Suitable applicants must be extremely efficient and effective in ensuring all products are produced, packed and ready for dispatch working to deadlines.

All shifts are 12 hours, typically 07:00-19:00, 19:00-07:00 and 21:00-09:00 but candidates must be flexible as shift times may change.

Ideally, applicants should have previous experience in a food manufacturing environment but this is not essential. You should have good skills on production and packing, have a very strong work ethic and be able to demonstrate your skills in working to tight deadlines.

Candidates must be able to adhere to Health & Safety procedures in a food manufacturing environment. Also, a good command of the English language is needed to liaise with staff at all levels.

Successful applicants will be offered a full time contract after 12 weeks.
