SALARY: £48,000 + Company Car, Commission

COMPANY / ROLE

Our Client is a well-established organisation in the Construction Chemicals raw materials industry, the company provide additives, pigments, polymers, resins and binders to a variation of different markets such as adhesives and construction, household products, plastics, rubber, surface coatings and textiles across the whole of the UK. The company are now looking to increase their sales into the construction chemicals and adhesives sector and are looking to recruit two Area Sales Managers, one for the North of the UK and one for the Midlands area. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working for a construction chemicals, adhesives, building chemicals organisation, will have a proven track record in sales, will be hardworking, driven, hungry for success, self-motivated and looking to join a well-established organisation.

Principal responsibilities / Knowledge / Experience

1.Minimum 3 years of proven sales success in the Construction Chemicals Industry.

2.Sales experience – essential

3.Maintain a professional relationship with customers and ensure they are kept satisfied with the companies services.

4.To manage the key account list to maximise sales and profit

5.Effective Communicator.

6.Prompt and accurate reporting to the Directors as required.

7. Computer literate.
