Health and Social Care Trainer

Job Title: Trainer

Salary: £30,000 – £36,000

jjFOX are currently looking for a Trainer to join their client, a prestigious National Care Group on a full time, permanent basis. The role will be primarily based in Colchester, Essex, and you will be responsible for delivering induction and mandatory training to care staff covering a brand new nursing home. You will provide skilled expertise, which reflects current best practice, and excellence in care standards, whilst maintaining a structured Training Matrix for the home.

I am looking for someone who prides themselves with high standards of care, and goes above and beyond to ensure the service users have the best care possible. It is essential that you hold a Nursing Qualification with up to date PIN, as well as experience in delivering training on both a group and individual basis.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to develop within the education and training industry and use their knowledge and experience to help others. A Teaching certificate is preferred however candidates willing to work towards a min L3 qualification will be considered.
