Spanish Speaking Technical Support Advisor

We are currently recruiting for a number of Spanish Technical Support Advisors to join a rapidly expanding finance company based in West London. This role is offering an incredibly generous £30,000 – £48,000+ super package for a Basque / Catalan / Spanish speaking candidates with a passion for technology. As a Spanish Technical Support Advisor you will be:
* Providing technical support within the Spanish / Basque / Catalan speaking market
* Working with customers and clients to identify problems with their equipment and advising on the solution in order to fix remotely their product.
* Keeping records of customer/client queries and resolutions in order to update the technical knowledge base
* Updating self-help documents so customers/clients can try to fix problems themselves
* Testing and fixing faulty equipment
* Trouble shooting and problem solving
* Maintaining a high speed and quality of service with all inbound enquiries
* Deal primarily with the Spanish speaking market

Experience requested of Spanish speaking Technical Support Advisor:
* A passion for technology is a MUST
* Fluency in either Basque, Catalan or Spanish
* Experience working within either a technical role or working within the technology field is desirable
* Logical thinker.
* The ability to gain an depth understanding of the software and equipment your customer/clients are using
* Good interpersonal and customer care skills
* Ability to deal with difficult customers
* Up-to-date technical knowledge
* Familiar with knowledge based systems in order to deliver on the spot support
* Good analytical and problem solving skills

Associated salary and Benefits:
£30,000 – £48,000 PA
