Salary: £36,000 per year

French speaking Technical Support Engineer – Instrumentation

Our Yorkshire based client develop and manufacture a range of analysis instrumentation, they are actively recruiting for a French/English speaking Technical Support Engineer.

You will be responsible for:-

* Providing technical support / contact for customers and clients alike in an established area

* Day-to-day contact with customers and clients via both email and phone

* Answering product related technical questions and general sales related enquiries.

* Liaising with scientific professionals

Please note this is predominantly a desk-based position, working within a small technical team where product training and support will be given.

To succeed you will be of graduate calibre in a ‘science’ subject and be bi-lingual with English and French. You will have a scientific background and the ability to pick up product knowledge and technical information quickly.
