Social Worker / Child Protection / Llandrindodd Wells / Powys

Randstad Care are currently for a Child Protection Social Worker to be based in Newtown. The pay for this post is £33.6 – £36 per hour limited rate.

Ideal Candidate will have:

-1+ years post qualifying experience in Children’s Social Work.

-CCW registration

-Social Worker Qualification

-Capable of working in a high paced environment whilst holding specific case loads

-Passionate about improving the lives of children and their families

– Able to obtain a satisfactory enhanced DBS certificate

– Court experience

Main Responsibilities:

– Hold specific cases and care packages involving Child Protection

– Work in a busy team, supporting colleagues and managers

– Court appearances

– Visits in peoples own homes
