Being a Customer Service Representative will see you providing a critical service to our customer and you’ll be required to:

Deliver an exceptional level of service over the phone
Amend and update customer and policy details
Deal with diverse customer groups, who rightly expect exceptional customer service
Resolve complaints and take ownership to seek resolution
Take and process customer payments
Work towards individual achievable targetsAre you:

Shift Patterns = Mon – Fri 8am to 9pm, Sat 9am to 5.30pm and Sun 10am to 5pm.

Location: Newmarket

Salary: £26,000per year+ Benefits
