Interim HR Business Partner

Salary: £216 – £240 per day

Dedicate Recruitment has partnered with this community focused further education consortium which is seeking a highly experienced HR Business Partner to manage complex ER cases.

Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, you will be tasked with a number of cases relating to grievance, absence management, sickness and pay & conditions, and will have a good understanding of these scenarios and the procedures to put in place to resolve them.

You will also review recruitment case management and implementing improved processes to maximise efficiency to increase successful outcomes.

Working closely with the Principals and Board of Trustees, you will have the gravitas and professionalism to project a first class HR service to the Senior Leadership Team and to bring potential conflict to a positive resolution.

The successful candidate will be CIPD qualified with a distinguished track record in managing complex ER cases within a unionised environment. You will be an excellent communicator, with the natural ability to influence staff across all levels and quickly gain trust. First class customer service is central to this role. You must be a self starter and will make an immediate impact on commencement. There is no training providing as you will be expected to understand the nature of each case and manage them accordingly.

There is flexible working on offer with 1/2 days at home and three on site at a number of locations including Ashford, Canterbury, Folkestone, Dover and Broadstairs. You will be required to travel between these locations and travel expenses will be paid.

Immediate start for the right candidate and an enhanced DBS will be required. This is a project role and is outside IR35.
