Part-Time Evening Call Handler

We are currently looking to recruit part-time Weekend or Evening candidates for our client’s busy call centre based in Malmesbury.

The successful candidate will be able to attend an interview on the 9th September or the 16th September.

The role will involve:

– Full training on SAP system given
– Full product training given
– Helping customers solve issues with their machines
– Taking inbound calls from current and new customers
– Using the SAP system to process orders for new machines, parts or accessories.
– Tracking a delivery
– Dealing with queries regarding machines
– Booking engineers for home visits
– Booking returns for repairs
– Taking the opportunity to sell

The actual working pattern can be either 12.5 hours or 20 hours per week: these are the options available below:

Pattern 1 – 17:30 – 20:00, Monday to Friday
Pattern 2 – 10.00 – 16.00pm Saturday and Sunday only

There will be no breaks in the week but a 20 minute paid break on the weekend.

The first two weeks will involve the individuals working full-time hours – Monday to Friday for training purposes, part-time hours after successful completion of the training academy.
