Hotel Spa Receptionists

Spa receptionist required for an award winning Spa in Gloucestershire, Salary: £26,000per yearplus benefits.

Profile: Full-time, permanent Receptionist

Location: Gloucestershire

Salary: £26,000per year (dependent on experience) + benefits

Work experience required: At least 12 months customer facing experience preferably in a Spa, or practice.

NVQ 2 in Beauty Therapy desirable. Due to the location of our client, it is essential candidates have a full driving licence.

As a Receptionist for an award winning Spa you will meet and greet all clients and prospective clients, deal with telephone enquiries and telephone bookings, open and close the Spa, carry out facility checks, process and reconcile daily business, and other ad hoc duties as requested by the Management.

Ideal candidates will have strong interpersonal and Microsoft Office skills, be keen to join the team environment and provide a quality customer-service experience to clients.
