My Client is an established Groundworks Contractor in East Anglia specialising in the Residential sector. With continuous growth they are actively recruiting for two Foreman to strengthen their Operations Division on projects across the East Anglia region.

Reporting into the Contracts Manager, candidates will be responsible for delivering groundworks packages (including deep drainage, enabling works, hard landscaping, foundations, Section 278 and 38 works, service installations, road construction and surfacing) on housing projects valued up to £10m.

Responsibilities include:

* Coordinating Direct and Sub-contract operative on-site.

* Managing Health & Safety.

* Liaising directly with Client and Suppliers.

* Ordering materials and control of logistics.

* Conducting progress meetings, site inductions, safety inspections and daily briefings.

* Quality control across projects.

* Monitoring works programme.

Successful candidates will possess:

* +8 years’ experience delivering residential groundworks packages.

* Valid CSCS, First Aid and SSSTS/SMSTS accreditation.

* Effective communication skills from Client-facing through to Site Team and Suppliers.

* Sound knowledge of construction methods and Health & Safety.

* Ability to work to tight deadlines.

* Valid UK driving licence to allow travel to projects across the region.
