Our client are currently looking for a Groundworks Foreman to join their company based in North Essex. Operating on sites across Essex, Herts, Suffolk and East Anglia.

Projects include: All groundworks, deep drainage, foundation, ground beams, retaining structures, concrete finishing, kerbing & paving.

Groundworks Foreman Responsibilities and Duties

You will reporting into a visiting contracts manager are competently required to:

* Supervise, direct and motivate the workforce

* Solve and overcome issues when faced with them

* Carry out inductions and tool box talks

* Ensure a high level of health and safety is adhered to at all times

* All site paperwork, site diary etc. to be completed in a organised fashion

* Show hard work, endeavour and the desire to carry out work to the highest possible standards

* Be hands on when required.

Groundworks Foreman Qualifications and Skills

* At least five years experience in groundworks / civils

* At least three years experience working in foreman position

* Have a SSSTS or SMSTS

* Have First Aid

* Must have a valid CSCS / CPCS card
