Salary: £240 – £252 per day

Job Summary:

Strong Groundworks Foreman required to take ownership of Groundworks project, and manage H&S, Quality and Programme targets set by Contract Manager

Job Description:

Main duties include accountability for the following:

  • Reviewing enquiry documentation to fully determine and understand the conditions set out

  • Carrying on Method Statement / Risk Assessment briefings

  • Tool Box Talks

  • Getting the men to work Safely

  • Day work sheets

Qualifications:

  • An industry applicable qualification

  • CSCS Supervisor Card

  • SSSTS

  • 1st Aider

Skills/Experience:

  • An excellent communicator

  • Able to work as part of a team yet willing to work independently

  • A proven track record on varius Project types as a Groundworks Foreman

  • Man Management Skills

  • Safe Way Of Working

  • The ability to drive the workforce in a safe manner on a very busy Project
