Are you an experienced Adminiistrator who has also taken responsbility for health and safety and facilities within your role?
If so I have a lovely part time role for a client of mine in central Brighton.
The hours of the role are 9.30am-2.30pm Monday to Thursday and 7.30am-12.30pm on a Friday. Would suit someone wanting to do the school run or simply fit it around other work or committments.
Main responsibilities
· General Administrative tasks
· Data collection and tracker management such as:
o SECR/carbon footprint energy consumption information
o Caterers due diligence information
o Contractor service reports
o Driver documents
o Display screen equipment
o First aid training
o Employee car parking season tickets
o Building access controls
o Starters and leavers process
o Site issue logs
o COSHH inventory
o Legionella/water hygiene monitoring
· Review and updating contractor’s management system
· Administration of planned preventative maintenance programme
· Conducting planned maintenance checks such as:
o Fire extinguisher checks
o Ladder checks
o Weekly fire alarm test
o Boiler / CO2 alarm checks
· Reception duties such as:
o Open / close
o Providing a polite and cheerful atmosphere
o Clean and tidy reception area as required
· Designated Fire Warden/Designated First Aider
As the role is a 6 Month FTC – we are looking for someone to interview and start straight away. The contract will run June-December.
