Salary: £36,000 – £42,000 per year

European Channel Programmes & Systems Coordinator (Cardiff)

Global FMCG manufacturer

You will work closely with the European Channel Manager and European Channel Marketing to contribute to the development of a structured and unified partner programme and strategy that ensures sales growth across Europe.

Responsibilities include:

Marketing Systems – ensure efficient integration of the portal with the sales and
marketing systems and any other company systems as required.
Promotions, Campaigns and Incentives; support Channel Sales and Marketing to
ensure the systems support the programme and the business from an operational point of view.
Partner Training – support Channel Sales and Marketing in the creation of materials for the training module of the programme, including reviewing and editing of E-Learnings, webinar content, portal user guides and description copy.
Portal Training – Provide Webex or face to face training on the Partner Portal
functionality, both internally and to partners.
Programme Training – deliver presentations about the partner programme, to potential and existing partners, as well as internally, to promote the channel value proposition
Support European Channel Manager and Marketing with reporting
requirements, produce reports on a monthly and ad hoc basis as required and defined by the Marketing Manager.
Dashboard Reporting for Partner Account Managers (PAMs) – Provide monthly
reports, revenue and GM (gross margins)for Distributors and Premier partners.
Leads – manage the lead distribution process from CPS (Computer Products Solutions) systems into the portal for allocation by PAMs to partners.
Partner Business Plans – supporting European Channel Team to complete annual
business plans.

The suitable candidate will possess the following:

University degree or relevant professional qualification
Experience in the control and management of software programs, from the specification of solutions aligned to business objectives, through to implementation, testing and successful roll out.
Excellent computer, reporting and systems skills and experience, such as MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint), SAP, Siebel, Sharepoint, Oracle Fusion
Integrity and ethical approach – maintains professional standards at all times
Highly customer-focussed, with a strong ‘customer first’ attitude
Business acumen, and an understanding and ability to align systems, processes and reporting to business goals
Good presentation skills – ability to collate, analyse, select and present report findings -both visually (PowerPoint) and verbally (presentation skills)
High attention to detail, strategic thinker, analytical mind, ‘outside the box’ problem solving and negotiation skills beneficial
Ability to work quickly and effectively under pressure within a fast paced, changing environment, making decisions in response to specific business needs.
Ability to meet strict deadlines, on time and in budget
Excellent people skills and ability to manage agencies and- Excellent organisational and project management skills
The ideal candidate will also possess:

Technical appreciation, understanding and experience of the business IT industry and specifically the IT channel (reseller, distributor, ISV, SI network)
A willingness to develop and undertake training activity when required is essential;
Flexibility as business travel may be required at short notice
Ideally be literate in at least 1 additional EU language (such as French, Spanish, Italian, German, Dutch, Russian or Turkish)
