Salary: £26,000 per year

Band 5 Business Support Officer sought for our public sector health service client based in Belfast City centre.

* Band 5 Business Support Officer for our client in Belfast City Centre

* Starting ASAP- 2 week trial period initially, and then until the end of December in the first instance with possible extensions.

* 37.5 hours per week, 9am-5pm £26,000 per year.

The Business Support Officer will be responsible for the provision of business support services through daily management of health protection processes, including rostering of staff, database performance and reporting issues, and providing guidance to administrative staff as required. The post holder will also assist in the development of policy and procedures, including key performance indicators to demonstrate the effective operation of health protection

Essential Criteria

1. University degree/professional qualification and have worked for at least one year in an administrative capacity, with experience of staff management, within an operational team dynamic.

OR

Have worked for four years in an administrative capacity, with experience of staff management, within an operational team dynamic.

2. Hold a current full driving licence which is valid to use in the UK
