Building Services Engineer

We are currently looking for a multi-skilled building maintenance engineer for a long term temp to perm position based in central London.

Role:
The role will require you to be able to demonstrate a high level of technical ability on the installed electrical Systems and a working knowledge of public services and heating and ventilation systems. You will be required to provide planned and reactive maintenance on multiple sites as directed by management for purposes such as, but not limited to, mobilisation, sickness and holiday cover.

You will be required to work under the shift pattern for the site you are sent to work which could be

·Days 08:00 to 17:00

·Split Days 07:00 to 16:00 / 10:00 to 19:00

Qualifications:

·BTEC / HND / HNC / ONC / Degree in an electrical discipline

·Electrical Apprenticeship.

·City & Guilds 236 Parts one & two.

·City & Guilds 2360 Levels one & two.

·City & Guilds 2367 part 1 & 2368 part 2

·City & Guilds 2330 Levels two and three.

·City & Guilds 2357 Levels two and three.

·Any subsequent City & Guilds course used to replace 2357

·Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Electro-technical Technology
