We have an immediate requirement for a Recruitment Consultant Graduate Trainee to join our lively and expanding office network in Mumbles Swansea. Suitable candidates will have confident communication skills with a desire to work hard to earn a significant wage within a fast paced, fun and rewarding environment. Ideally you will be trained to degree level with some experience of sales either through work, university or social activities.

Within the role you will be trained in the full recruitment cycle from New Business Development to Advertising, you will be actively involved in candidate screening, matching candidates to roles and arranging interviews.
