My client is looking to take on 5 fresh graduates to join the 2013 academy and be trained to become a fully-fledged consultant. Recruitment is one of the fastest growing sectors in the UK and one of the most rewarding. The company is looking to invest lots of time into their graduates as they move up the career ladder. After winning multiple awards for the way they’re run and how they treat their staff they’re looking to expand on recent success and move to dominate the market.
They have a ‘Work hard, Play Hard’ mentality and look to instil that on all fresh starters. The team is a young and fun group of people all motivated to succeed. With an open plan office promoting an even playing field everyone has the chance to be the biggest biller in the company. Regular nights out (on the company card) are arranged for Fridays as well as monthly Target bonuses.
You will start out as a resourcer in the company as you learn the skills of negotiation, account management and pitching to clients. After 3-6 months you will gain a promotion to trainee consultant where upon you will start heading out of the office to meet the clients. Based on your billing and skill in the role you will then be raised up to 360 Consultancy level managing all stages of the Process from Advert writing to closing deals. The Role will also involve e training across multiple platforms and dependant on skill and interest you will be specialising in either Oil and Gas, Financial, IT, Banking or Digital Media.

Job Information
• Working Hours: 9-6
• Salary: 20-24k Basic 40k OTE
