Resident Liaison Officer

Salary: £26,000 – £26,400 per year

RLO – Lewisham

As RLO you’ll be the face of Alphatrack Systems Ltd for projects in and around Lewisham. Liaising with tenants and our client (Lewisham council), being a point of contact & escalation as required.

Excellent customer service and communication skills, PC literate, use of all packages to produce and record, letters, notes of conversations etc.

The role is site based and involves some lone working; you should hold a full valid UK driving licence and be willing to travel to various areas within Lewisham to attending meetings and hand deliver vital written communications as required. You may occasionally be required to attend planned resident meetings, i.e. of an evening.

Hours 8 am – 4 pm.

All roles are subject to 5 years referencing, a DBS and credit check. Applicants should also have the right to work in the UK.
