About us
Cuckoo Hall Academies Trust (C.H.A.T.) is the Charitable Trust set up to run and manage four Primary and one Secondary Academies serving approximately 1800 children. Based in Edmonton we are focused on driving up the quality of education provision and standards. We are now recruiting an experienced Customer Services and Admin Officer to provide admin support as well as greet visitors and guests.

About you
As Customer Services and Admin Officer you will ensure that parents and visitors to the Academy receive a consistently high standard of customer service and attention as well as undertake a range of day to day administrative functions. You will handle enquiries, prepare reporting and help run school systems from Parentpay and free school meals to admissions and Breakfast Club. Important will be the ability to stay ahead of the game, pre-empt needs and make sure the office runs smoothly.

You must have experience of working in a busy office function and be able to demonstrate strong customer service, admin and communication skills. You know your way around PC packages, are good at organising, outstanding at meeting deadlines, more than capable of using your own initiative and proactive at getting things done. You will also be flexible and happy coping with changing needs.
