Senior Contract Manager

Salary: £108,000 – £120,000 per year

Global business requires a Senior Contract Manager who will take responsibility for the maximisation of revenue and organic growth for a portfolio of large revenue-generating Customer accounts (primarily within the Public Sector) with high strategic importance.

The Senior Contract Manager will also build strategic customer relationships through account planning, taking responsibility for contract compliance, commercial improvement, resolution of disputes and mitigating risk. Further key responsibilities will be proactive account planning that facilitates the generation of new revenue and commercial management of tenders, retenders and price negotiations across a portfolio of accounts.

Key Skills & Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Contract Manager working on Public Sector accounts and contracts

* Sound understanding of the Public Sector business environment

* Experienced managing contract compliance, commercial improvement, resolution of disputes and mitigating risks across Public Sector accounts

* Experience managing tenders, retenders and price negotiations

* Ability to interpret, negotiate and implement complex contractual obligations

* Experience in commercially targeted environments, helping to maximise revenue and growth within key accounts

* Strong influencing skills at a Senior level & able to operate within a Matrix structure

* High level of commercial & financial acumen
